Event Details

The Chancellor's procession is comprised of those who will play a role in the ceremony, as well as senior administration. It is the final procession to enter the ceremony following the student and faculty processions. As a participant in the Chancellor's procession, you will be sitting on stage for the ceremony. 

Please arrive to the Chancellor's robing room (Student Life Centre, room 2134) no later than 9:30 a.m. (morning ceremony) or 2:00 p.m. (afternoon ceremony).

Appropriate gowns and regalia will be provided to participants as needed. Any borrowed items must be returned to the robing room immediately following the end of the ceremony. 

Each day at 12:00pm, you are invited to participate in the Chancellor's Luncheon at the University Club.
