Event Details
PhD hooding registration is encouraged for supervisors of PhD graduands.
As a PhD hooder, you will be a participant in the Chancellor's procession and sit on stage for the ceremony. You will receive instructions on site for how to hood your student and the timing of your role in the program.
Please arrive to the Chancellor's robing room (Student Life Centre, room 2134) no later than 9:30 a.m. (morning ceremony) or 2:00 p.m. (afternoon ceremony).
If you do not have your own, academic gowns will be provided for members of the Chancellor's procession.
