The Transforming Power of Mary Magdalene’s Proclamation

About the Lecture
Why was her name conflated with others named Mary in the New Testament? Why was she dehumanized for almost fourteen hundred years with the label of prostitute? Why was she so faceless and nameless in the Epistles of the New Testament, not even a reference to her found in any of Paul’s writings? This is the Mary Magdalene that sadly most people seem to know. Yet, she is more than that, she has a name, she has a face, and she has a voice. Mary Magdalene has a story to be told, a story needed in today's Church, a story that can powerfully transform.
